People rarely take the time to write positive reviews
Pros
Interview: Well organized and professional. The interviewers asked tough questions and seemed genuinely invested in finding the right person to join their team. Training: This company invests in each new hire and provides the necessary tools and support for success. Other pros: Excellent salary and benefits. This is a company where hard work pays off and expectations are communicated.
Cons
I have no complaints. It's hard to believe the things people have complained about in the negative reviews. For example, I don't see the dress code as a negative. I think it gets people into a professional mindset. It's work - you shouldn't be allowed to dress the same way you would outside of the office. If you're not a team player and hard worker, you won't last long here. And that's how it should be at any job.
