      Their past greed and arrogance are catching up with them

      Pros

      High pay and good benifits. They have to or no one would work there.

      Cons

      A fear driven style of management. You never know if you are the next one to be walked out the door. Nothing is ever good enough in managment's eyes. All activities are based on what will make the monthly or quarterly number. No thought given about the long term health of the business and certainly no thought about the customers. Truely unbelievable.

      Management treated employees with ZERO respect

      Pros

      A paycheck every two weeks and affordable health insurance. That's about it.

      Cons

      The company doesn't care about its employees. It starts at the top with the CEO who will sue anyone and everyone for speaking the truth about the company, which he considers slander. The perfect example is when they took away the health insurance from the people whom had already retired with it. It is a dictatorship no matter what plant you work at.

      If you do not bother to advance your career and develop professionally, then you can 'just do your job' and arrive at retirement time.

      Cons

      At the Livingston, CA site there is no future vision, no management, no planning, no career development plan, no innovation, and no research and development. Pure operational site, very old-style of management.
