Talented and experience co-workers, a large portion of employees have +20 years experience, Good pay and benefits, constant company growth leading to very good job security and potential opportunities. Company being driven in a good direction.

Cons

Some old habits are hard to change but necessary to allow for growth and advancement. Can be stressful high pace situations at times depending on circumstances but very managable.

Compensation and benefits are great, good level of responsibility and accountability from day one, access to management is very good, company performance has been strong, department coworkers are friendly, CEO transition went well, strong values

Cons

Dress code is formal, medium level of turnover, work flow can be uneven, office culture could be warmer and more relaxed
