The vast majority of the current employees are resilient to change. You have to be able and willing to wear multiple hats (pro for me, but cons for most).

Management treats their employees like dirt. They micromanage and think that by applying pressure and threatening to fire you that it will motivate you to work harder. They expect you to do the job of more than one person and don't understand when the work doesn't get done. Their processes are broken because no competent people stay working for a company this horrible. Their systems and IT department are a joke. Paul Manning is just like senior. Keep family OUT of a public company. I'm surprised the SEC hasn't shut them down yet.
