1. Good working environment and company culture 2. Schedule offers work life balance 3. Challenging which is advantageous since you will progress your career while in the company 4. A lot of trainings and learnings 5. Competitive salary and employees gets rewarded for their good performance 6. Excellent and highly technical leaders 7. Relationship between affiliates are harmonious, thus, supporting each other to most of their projects 8. Versatile production and has a wide range of product list 9. Has a good support system from the top management 10. There are a lot of benefits including medical insurance, leaves (vacation, medical and birthday), bonuses, medicine allowances, shuttle service is available and accessible etc. 11. Top management (specifically HR) has a regular session with the employees to know their thoughts on Sensient, points for improvements and other concerns and they ensure us that they will do something about it to address the issue/s.

Cons

I think every company has a negative side but the difference is that Sensient is working double time to eliminate these things and make the working environment as harmonious as possible.

Pros

Good pay and great lads to work with on shift. Days off in-between shifts is a bonus.

Cons

I haven't been working here long but I can see from the frequent turnover of staff that people aren't valued for their work. It's a shame as this could be a great place to work with different management.
