      How not to treat your employee base

      Pros

      Salary/benefits and the average working folk. I was here for over a year. It started out ok but the longer I was there the more I say how little respect they have for their employee's. Like most people stated, no matter how good you did your job, they company did not care as they would would you out the door. They make up reasons like your job has been made redundant etc. Things were bad with Daddy war-bucks running the show but they are getting even worse with his son having taken over.

      Everything but the pay/benefits and the people I worked with.

      Pros

      The ONLY pro to this company was the salary and benefits. They need to pay a high salary..otherwise, employees would quit before they are fired for no reason, then paid hush money....

      Cons

      You live everyday afraid of loosing your job. The CFO is unbelievable cruel, unrealistic, and truly believes he's SOMEBODY that everyone everywhere (even outside of the company) should bow down to. This is the most horrible place to work..the enviroment is harsh...the CFO is an A@@!

      Pros

      Good benefits/Pay/work environment - They are trying to do the right things but President is creating a fear culture and is a major obstacle in every day operations. Everyone is looking for a new job.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Interim President has no idea how to run the company - leads by fear. COO/CEO need to closely monitor his behavior - he is running the company to the ground by creating this fear culture. You walk in every morning not knowing if you will be fired regardless of how good you preform. Leadership is unrealistic and does not respect its employees. No human respect. No work life balance - they do not care if you have a life outside of work.
