      Pros

      The onboarding process was wonderful. The team made sure to schedule time with key stakeholders ahead of my arrival and ensured I had all the info I needed to hit the ground running. The people I've meet thus far across the organization have been very welcoming, collaborative, and results-driven, making it a motivating environment where success is a shared goal.

      Pros

      -Great culture in the lab -Strong sense of trust from management -Company rewards you for loyalty and does everything possible to retain faithful employees -Competitive pay -Good insurance -Good 401K match -Good amount (not too much, not too little) of travel. That's something I didn't think I would get to do as a food scientist working in a lab -Customer interaction -Company has their priorities in the right place -Forward thinking, invests heavily in innovations -I feel like I can have a long successful career here

      -Location: in a sort of rough area, nothing nearby -Labs in need of an update
