I got fired. A good thing because I was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks later.

Cons

If they decide they don't like you they set you up to fail. They allow some employees to do personal work during company hours. For example, one coworker actually listed and sold a second home during company time. Another got into a shouting match with another coworker with no ramifications. Manager and supervisors have no trust in the employee unless they are "pets". NO positive reinforcement, ever.. I could go on and on. AND Little training.⁹

Fair pay. Snacks provided. fair benefits.

Cons

Executive management strick and regimented, Run like the military. Have to wear a suit and tie every day. No work-file balance. The company does not appreciate employees. HR is the Gestapo of the company.
