      Pros

      Employees treat you like family and are loyal to a fault. Employees care about the company doing well. Depending on your department, you may be able to succeed and make a difference.

      Cons

      Untrained Management, poor culture, poor hierarchy support structure, ineffective communication skills, company promotes unhealthy work/life balance and various toxic issues that threaten the future of this business. If SNI doesn't look inward for ways to hold people accountable and foster change then a positive outcome from the ROI will not be in the foreseeable future. People are you most valuable investment.

      Pros

      The over-the-top culture of accountability means that you typcially get the internal support you need. This is critical to a success if you're customer-facing and a welcome change from today's "matrix" organizations. You will likley be more disciplined in the environment they've created.

      Cons

      The culture is extremely conservative, individuality is discouraged and honest feedback is often not received well by Management. Although, you may not always know that right away due to the passive/aggresive way issues are handled across the orangization. They are unapologetic regarding about their HR policies, some of which are antiquated and sexist. For Salespeople, the excessive turnover makes it difficult to gain trust with customers.

      Compensation was acceptable Healthcare benefits was good

      Cons

      Climate of fear rules out over respect and understanding Sales driving force not innovation, lies to customers is acceptable Abuse and rudeness is acceptable among management How you dress (even employees not in sales or marketing) is more important than how you act to subordinates Would fire/lay off people with no warning at all!
