Pros
Sensient is a great place to work, they encourage/incentivize continuous learning and promotion from within the company. Sensient is an old school company that runs fairly lean, so the culture of collaboration and hard work from all team members is also a benefit. You will have the opportunity to learn about more than one function and work closely with others on projects. Tons of reasons to love Sensient, my favorites are the people and the opportunities for growth.
Cons
As mentioned, fairly lean company with an older school dress code/work in office policy. However this promotes collaboration and cross functional work.
