Sensient has put together a well amount of educated individuals that are here to help grow you in your career goals. The education program also helps contribute to your individual development plans

      They care about their empoloyees with a focus on coaching employees, promoting a work life balance, and they stick to our 3 Rules - Integrity, Safety, and Professionalism. Decent benefits including 401K match.

      Cons

      No hybrid employment options. Inconsistent holiday and PTO days across different sites in the same country.
