Sensient may not be a household name, but its products are probably in your home, as part of your favorite food and personal care products. This is a company that values and rewards individuals who work hard and help grow the business. A strong focus on coaching and development ensures motivated employees have a path to career growth and fulfillment.

      Cons

      This is a con only depending on what you are looking for: You can't hide here. This is not the organization for you if you prefer to work M/F from home (Company has always been 5 days in office), or you want a casual work environment. However, if you like a challenge, you have high goals for yourself, and you thrive on showing up, doing your best work, and getting rewarded for your results, you will love it at Sensient.

      Pros

      -Pays well -The people are amazing to work with. From production, to QA, everyone under upper management was absolutely lovely and hard working.

      Cons

      -Toxic management. Volatile with no clear direction on how to run a site. Emotional in leadership and would gossip about other employees. -dress code. Too strict -if you’re salaried, expect to work overtime and not get paid for it (including coming in on weekends on occasion)
