Extensive benefit package including competitive parental leave and various insurance coverage options. Promote within the company. Excellent growth opportunities even cross-departmentally. HR conducts round tables and strives to address concerns in a timely manner.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but Sensient is for hard workers and go-getters. You have endless opportunities to grow and learn, but you have to be willing to put in the work.

Sensient is an advocate for hiring the best people with transferrable skills so there are always opportunities for advancement within the company. They instill a culture of professionalism and one that always brings forth new challenges/opportunities. Sensient also encourages an entrepreneurial mindset and will use ideas that are voiced from all levels within the organization to create positive change. There is no shortage of work so being able to prioritize and stay organized is a key to be successful. Hard work pays off!

Cons

There are always new challenges but that's necessarily a con. The company has come a long way over the past few years.
