      Sensient is large enough to have all the critical resources and infrastructure for profitable growth, but small enough to allow individuals to be highlighted as key contributors to its success. It is hyper focused on customer service and measures its ability to meet customer needs.

      Cons

      If you do not like to be challenged, work with a sense of urgency and spend quality time with other team members, it is not the right place for you.
