      Pros

      Onboarding is great, Lots of training and areas to learn from. Growth opportunity and just a good company to work for. Growing.

      Cons

      Not much but work life balance can be hard since need to be in office 5 days a week. Leadership is understanding though.

      Pros

      - People are generally very friendly and helpful throughout the organization. - The organization is the perfect size. Big enough to have a lot of the benefits of a larger organization, and small enough to not be inundated with red tape. - There is a multitude of talented scientists from many different backgrounds who work here. - This is a sales and customer centered business. Decisions are almost always made in support of this. - If you have a great work ethic and head on your shoulders, there is a ton of potential for professional growth within the organization. I have grown a lot in my tenure so far, and have always felt very in control of my career.

      Cons

      - The culture is a little bit antiquated. This is true in regards to the professional dress code for office staff, as well as the sometimes authoritative nature of how the organization is ran. However if you are able to overlook this, this is a great place to work.
