Staff are cooperative and willing to help others in the company. Many opportunities of career growth. Good benefits.

Cons

International travel is only allowed on Economy Class (that also includes 14hr non-stop flights)

Low retention rate, I saw a lot of talent leave because of poor upper management. Sensient is very old conservative in values AKA birth control was only offered through insurance a year or two ago (and I have no idea how they got away with that for so long). And the CEO is a horrible leader/a moron. He is super against remote work because he thinks in-office "spontaneous conversations" is a good enough reason to not allow WFH (whatever "spontaneous conversations" even means). HOWEVER, that is a complete lie considering a lot of teams were completely remote meaning that those spontaneous conversations couldn't happen in the first place - my direct manager was on a different continent than me. So I can only conclude that he doesn't trust his employees. Be an adult and just tell your employees the truth, Paul Manning; you sound like an idiot making up such a bad lie.

Great culture that allows for personal growth and success. Sensient has a corporate structure that supports the company values. The CEO is very visible and approachable to all levels of the organization. Great communication within the organization about the goals and objectives for success for the company.

Cons

Many people outside of Sensient do not understand the dress code. It is really simple, dress professional.
