      Suits are out date, even the customers think it’s weird. If you are going to force every employee to work 8-5 5 days a week you better pay more than your competitors. WFH and flexible work are standard now.

      Professional work environment, big enough to have access to everything but small enough where senior leadership can see the impact of an individual or team, high internal promotion rates, very customer focused, very focused on allowing people to take ownership of a situation and run with it.
