      There are no pros to working at Sensient.

      Cons

      The problem is not the employees being let go that is the problem. It is the management. Sensient needs to learn how to treat employees.

      Pros

      The company pays very well, excellent work schedule, and excellent benefits. The corporate building in saint louis has a cool design.

      Cons

      This company has a lot of potential however, upper management is condescending and use passive aggressive tactics to intimidate their workers. The office lacks cultural diversity. Upper management threatens current employees to leave good reviews to offset the former employees reviews of the company. Upper management is not open to suggestions if you speak up, you will be terminated.
