There are many career opportunities at the Company and management is very committed to promoting from within. I have worked at several companies and I can tell you that Sensient has very little bureaucracy or politics. Management likes employees who work hard and deliver results. You will never have to worry about harassment or unprofessional people because they are walked out. Very interesting products and customers. The Company did quite well during the pandemic and gave employee bonuses at year end.

Cons

I don't have any substantive issues. Nowhere is perfect, but from the standpoint of developing a career and having great co-workers, I really like working at Sensient.

- very organized and well-thougout on-boarding - Very supportive enviornment. While the business is quite complex itself, the colleagues and the management are very supportive - good working conditions

Cons

- no good place to spend the break time. No good options of eating nearby
