Edge of town location; reasonably flexible - I was able to start at 8 and finish at 4; some nice people there

Cons

Management naive at best and lacked direction; software manager clueless and refused to ask for help/information always feeling they knew best leading delieveries being late and without substance; many people, including managers, treated others very badly
