Pros
My leadership at Sentar has been great to me. When I had family emergencies, every level above me was more than supportive. They especially promised to take care of employees during the quarantine, even when the Federal Government wasn't sure what was going on. You'll be safe with Sentar.
Cons
Only downside is the benefits are just okay. Other contracting companies have better slightly better benefits like PTO, life insurance, and 401K matching. While other companies are better benefit wise, Sentar does offer pretty good benefits.
