-Supervisions were very willing to work on a schedule that best fit me. -Great tuition assistance option if you are repaying or want to take classes -Opportunities to move up in role and responsibility

Communication was very poor between management, the supervisor, and the team.

Upper management has no clue how the lab is actually run and there is no support from middle management when complaints are raised. Be aware there have been multiple instances of people's pay being messed up.
