      Pros

      Job stability, benefits are good, lots of job openings, the doctors are great & most people working there are very good at what they do & great to work with.

      Cons

      No way to grow in your career path, practice management are unorganized, rude & no matter what you do your wrong. And every day you will be made to feel this way. Lots of job openings because they can't keep people around. You will wear lots of "hats" & will not be compensated or recognized on your review. Evaluation time is just another time to be told what you've done wrong all year.
