      The patients make me love my job. The compensation does to.

      Cons

      High turn around of employees makes it difficult sometimes, short staffing is hard on employees who stay.

      Pros

      There are a ton of great people to work with. It's steady work something I didn't used to worry about before the pandemic.

      Cons

      Bottom line the worst thing is the management. It's typical. They only want to talk to you when something goes wrong. Give you less time and less people to do something and then are shocked when it doesn't work out.
