Glassdoor site is asking for a least 5 words on cons... don't really have any. I think the organization is fair.

The rate of patient turnover is very high so that our unit is fast paced. As a result the staff turnover is high as a lot of new nurses that get hired become overwhelmed and quit. This often increases the nurse to patient ratio and the environment becomes stressful. Additionally there is added tasks when the nurse assistant calls out with no replacement which happens often.
