Pros
Pay and yearly bonuses are good, benefits are good, training is very thorough. Management seems to be very understanding concerning work schedule, family concerns or health issues.
Cons
That said, favoritism is out of control. Manager can be rude, crude, sarcastic, and quite difficult to deal with when in a bad mood. If management gets upset with an employee or one of his/her favorites decides to to put a bug in his/her ear they become relentless in trying to get them written up and fired.
