Sentara Health reviews

The executive leadership at this institution seem to have given up on improving the hospital for the employees. It is almost as if they see the failures, but decide to make the outward appearance to the community better than focus on the Internal issues at hand. While I am all for philanthropy and community outreach, the purge of employees leaving with no reaction is appalling.
