Opportunity to work from home. Once the run around is over.
Cons
Very very high turnover rate. 11 employees quit in less than 2 years. No overtime even if over 40 hours a week for clinicians. No voice within the department. it’s a position that is not understood or respected. No nursing representation in immediate chain of command. Decision are made for you but will ask for your opinion and it doesn’t mean anything. The training process is difficult and there is NO ONE in the office to guide you. Use your own laptop and cellphone for work pages during your shift.
