Pros
Meh. They're very accepting of remote work and pay was in line with market rate. Student loan repayment plan! Free $400/month going right to those pesky loans starting as soon as the 1st of the month following your start date.
Cons
The division I worked in was very micromanagey and required hourly accounting of your time through JIRA. Not very meeting heavy, but the recurring ones were cameras-required and a waste of time. Lack of respect for employee's time outside of work. "Requests" to stay late and work on something seemed like veiled threats to get things done on unrealistic timelines. Middle management who had not a clue what they were doing.
