You are ridiculed for everything. Nothing is ever good enough. Whom ever trains you, they may have shown you how to do things but you don't perform the job the way you learned. How would a manager know that when she is running like a chicken with her head cut off between two practices? She is rarely at the office where I was assigned to work. The manager doesn't know what confidentiality is, sharing very private and confidential matters with the entire staff of the practice PLUS, the Vascular and Podiatry side of where I worked. Sentara Medical Group also hires assaultive bullies. Wile it is to be a ZERO tolerance for assaulting people and bullying, I was subjected to both and the assaultive bully was kept while I was terminated. If there is no one to talk with and investigate an incident, how can you come to a termination conclusion? It was WRONGFUL TERMINATION and done while my immediate manager was on vacation. They also make certain there is no way to access upper management to file a complaint. Your personal times accrued MUST be taken when the physician is not at the office to work so you lose your accumulated time very easily....
