Pros

Benefits, maybe. Decent pay. No weekends yet.

Cons

Long hours, no set route, training with different trainers and different takes on standards such as what cooler does a specimen go into; room, refrigerated, frozen. Lots of confusion especially identifying specimens for new hires. Float as in Sentara speak means 'Rotating' so if you get a job as a courier and the position states rotating, clarify to the hiring manager what that means so you do not get screwed being a FLOAT unless that is what you want. Training on various routes can become taxing on the mind and body trying to remember all the stops within the stops.
