Pros
The people I work with are fantastic, very supportive system. Feels like a second home and the job is not too stressful and some days are actually fun.
Cons
Occasionally the environment can feel cut-throat such as when someone submits a STARS report against you. The learning curve for the job role is also quite small, so be prepared to learn and act quickly, but accurately as well.
