      Sentara pays for your health insurance There is room to grow within the company Salary was decent

      Cons

      Management was pretty immature and it was reflected in the way they handled situations. Favoritism was pretty evident

      Kind colleagues, positive relationships with co workers. Good benefits. Home health departments se to be the best for professionalism and respect.

      Cons

      No support from upper management, human resources department difficult to work with. Health insurance benefits are fine unless you work outside of virginia, otherwise very difficult to navigate.
