      Pros

      Some Techs received sign on bonuses. Pathologists can be very helpful. Most coworkers are hardworking

      Cons

      Management may not be a good advocate for the med tech. Most techs get hired as 0.9 FTE, most of the time you will work your 80 hours per pay check but be ready to lose one day of work if management feels that they are not meeting productivity numbers and want to cut down on POSSIBLE overtime. Frequent sick call outs from coworkers means that coverage may or may not be priority and some techs have to work 2 departments throughout the shift.
