Lots of opportunity for self learning. Not much in terms of training. Managers are very intelligent skill-wise.
Cons
Management has little understanding of underlying processes and little respect for employees. Tend to treat them like kids with no involvement in decision making and are aware of morale issues but struggle to resolve them.
