Please know that Sentinel strives to maintain equitable pay rates in line with industry standards by conducting a regularly scheduled pay equity analysis and periodic market analysis. We also take continuous action to ensure employees have a great work/life balance. Achieving this is a collective effort, and it is our priority to help employees maintain a happy, motivated, and productive work experience. We encourage our employees to set boundaries by prioritizing tasks, scheduling breaks, taking vacations, and unplugging regularly. We provide a wellness program with work/life balance resources and have an open-door policy where any employee can provide feedback to leaders. That said, our employee experience portal provides all employees with the opportunity to confidentially report any challenges or ideas to leadership.
