-Good culture and work environment
-Great management who care about their employees
-Good work life balance. Management cares a lot about burnout and helping their employees avoid it.
-Lots of movement and growth opportunities available for those looking to move up or move into a different type of position.
-They will pay for training and certifications
Cons
The only downside I can think of would be having on-call schedules, but it's an operations position.. there will almost always be on-call.

Thank you for taking time to leave a response, and the kind words!
Work life balance is poor. Benefits are well below industry standards. pay is below industry standard. They don’t really have a true HR department. Appallingly unprofessional when leaving.
