Pros

I worked as an Infrastructure Engineer at SentinelOne and had a largely positive experience. The company moves fast and operates at serious scale, which means there's always something new to learn or improve. If you're someone who thrives in a high-responsibility environment and enjoys solving complex problems with smart people, it's a great fit. Pros: Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and modern infrastructure stacks (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, etc.) Strong culture of ownership—engineers are trusted and expected to take the lead on their systems Collaborative and supportive team environment, especially among SREs and DevOps Leadership is generally accessible and open to feedback Security-first mindset permeates the company, which leads to solid engineering practices

Cons

Things can move very quickly, which might feel chaotic at times On-call rotations can be intense depending on the team Some silos between teams, though that’s slowly improving Documentation and onboarding could be better, especially for infrastructure roles
