Cons
With fast growth comes the need to wear many different hats, which isn't always appreciated and it's not sustainable. There are lots of people to recruit and onboard, but the infrastructure and resource to make this properly tick, is still evolving... we'll get there, but it needs more attention. The workload is heavy and hours are long, so if you are a 9-5 kinda person - this might not be for you. But if you like hard, interesting work, solving problems, building things out that are not yet in place - this is 1000% for you :-) There are a number of office hubs globally, but generally a lot of the company work remotely/don't have an office location - so again, if you've not enjoyed/thrived WFH during the pandemic this might not be optimum for you, BUT, if you enjoy WFH, engaging with remote teams and largely being glued to Zoom, welcome aboard!
