Pros

I'm only three months in, but so far SentinelOne checks all the boxes for what I look for in a company: - Strong Technology (ML/AI, Cloud Delivered, Manageable, Scalable etc.) - Culture (The no jerk rule - everybody is very collaborative, people check their ego at the door and we work together to win). We all love who we work with and coming to work each day - Business opportunity (Pre-IPO) - really exciting market with cloud delivered EPP/EDR and the move to a platform company. Reasonable targets that set up the teams for success.

Cons

-Not the most well known brand in security, -don't have the size and scale of many of our competitors, -no 401K match or employee stock purchase plan

The team has done an exceptional job at executing on roadmap and delivering a best in breed technology to help companies protect their environments - the innovation across cloud workloads and IOT is really exciting and appreciate an engineering team that support the field and our clients

Cons

I haven't found any after 6 months - the technology exceeds my expectations and the number of success stories from enterprise clients is heartening.
