      Work from Home and flexibility of timings

      Cons

      People were never heard and management is biased. This can be seen publicly in chats too. So called North culture has been implemented in India. Employees who are not part of their region were treated otherwise.

      The work environment is toxic, with little to no guidance or management support. Employees are treated very aggressively. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
