      I have a very supportive manager and team. It's very important to have a great team because that influences a lot of things in a work environment.

      Cons

      You need to adjust to some companies that work late hours. Sometimes you have to work very late to get projects completed.

      Pros

      SentinelOne has a very inclusive and collaborative culture. All levels of management are actively engaged in delivering on the company's core values amidst hyper growth. It is great to see a company not willing to compromise their values in pursuit of growth at all costs. SentinelOne has leading edge technology and continues to strive to stay ahead of the pack from that perspective. It is a joy to share this technology with my clients.
