Marketing Needs an Overhaul

This is a tough one. Some pockets of good people still exist, but most are trying to jump ship.

Cons

Company used to have so much momentum and excitement. CMO has dragged the brand down and RSA was an embarrassment. I'm hoping someone at the top understands we need a reset in order to stay relevant.
