      Business is moving fast, you have to be comfortable with change and confident in your capabilities to define things as you go.

      Huge market, great team, growing quickly, opportunity for impact high

      Pros

      Great leadership team and overall culture - no egos here, despite the fast pace, competitive market company competes in. Huge market opportunity in next gen endpoint and cloud - big TAMs that are either underpenetrated or greenfield with big market tailwinds. Fastest growing public software company - lots of opportunity to help scale, have impact and create outsized value/returns.

      Cons

      Defining the playbook as they go, still building the car while driving 100 miles an hour - the company is in the in-between stages of moving from a scrappy startup to a scaled company with defined processes.

      Amazing company ran by great leaders

      SentinelOne is such an amazing place to work - with Leaders that are all-in on the company's vision, growing the company at an incredible pace. The company culture is phenomenal
