Pros

The technology is the only integrated EPP + EDR solution that offers deep visibility, multi-layered AI-powered protection and automated response in one agent. It’s also the only next-generation endpoint protection technology with a full-stack of working APIs that allow it to integrate with absolutely anything. New leadership is driving much needed change to market strategy and culture in the organization. With new direction and a high-energy, motivated, creative team; SentinelOne is a rocket ship headed for hyper growth.

Cons

Market Awareness & Channel. Former marketing leadership failed (miserably) to drive interest and demand for the solution at the level of other Next-Generation EPP companies. Channel Partners (resellers) were previously limited, by design, to the detriment of the company. Overhaul of both talent (personnel) and go to market strategy are well underway - already producing impressive results in a very short amount of time.

Pros

Great opportunity to make an impact. Very much a start-up culture and an attitude of "if you see something missing, fix it". While the endpoint market is saturated, S1 stands out with a unique offering that is resonating with buyers. New HQ is very nice.

Cons

Medical insurance isn't the best (as of the time of this review). There have been a ton of changes lately (some may see this as bad), but new management is working hard to develop a better culture and ensuring that only high achievers remain. Marketing has not been well executed to this point.

Cons

- Some poor hiring decisions in marketing and sales in 2016/2017 weigh on the culture (and glassdoor rankings); in recent months, poor performers are being exited - this is rough for those individuals who either should have not been hired into the roles they were in in the first place or ended up in positions they shouldn't have. Luckily, most of these issues have been rectified! These folks are likely those that say the place is falling apart on Glassdoor ... well, it has for them ... - Company grew too quickly in 2016/2017; org structures became overly complex; need to go back to basics and execute execute execute - Endpoint is crowded; lack of brand hurts - this is largely attributable to weak marketing and pr
