      Great Environment, Great Team, Great Tech!

      Pros

      S1 is a great company. The team is very collaborative, supportive, and driven. Work/Life balance is amazing with asynchronous communication and results oriented management. Ideas are listened to and innovation is encouraged, generating a wealth of opportunity internally.

      Cons

      S1 is transitioning into an enterprise and there are some growing pains. Changes come quickly as we evolve and you need to be able to adapt to new information and directions. With a larger, global, company, there are many different personality types and collaboration styles that can be a challenge to navigate, but everyone is working towards a shared goal which helps smoothen out conflicts.

      High Growth, Lots of Opportunity

      Pros

      SentinelOne is an incredibly fast-paced environment where you have the chance to make an impact from day one. I've been given support and autonomy, allowing me to grow and deliver results. The company has a lot of potential, and if you're someone who thrives on building things and moving fast, this is a great place to be.

      Cons

      Like many high-growth companies, there can be some growing pains. There's been turnover, which can make it challenging to maintain consistency and relationships. Additionally, it feels like there's a lack of long-term strategy that's been cascaded down from leadership. While the day-to-day work is exciting, it would be beneficial to have a clearer, unified direction.

      Great company with an uncertain future

      Pros

      Truly loved working for the company while it was good. Had an amazing team that really performed! The culture was pretty good!

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO is more of a talking point than a reality, since it’s tied to meeting quota. Management change is frequent, and certain leaders can be difficult to work with. Some lack firsthand experience as new business sellers, which shows in their approach. A few managers either provide little meaningful coaching or overwhelm you with tasks that actually take time away from selling.
