The people that work here are nice, honest, smart, hardworking, openminded and goal oriented. Company offers full benefits from day 1, no waiting period for health benefits. Executives drive growth, encourage new ideas and solutions. Amazing group of leaders that listen to feedback and drive change.

As most employees are remote, company could offer more team building opportunities.

Fantastic culture, support from management, leave policy (including 16 weeks non-binary parental leave for birth or adoption, including 5 days for grandparents), all combined with a clear mission and vision .

Cons

Fast growing company who's size sometimes outpaces HR support services. However, any issue is worked earnestly and with the best interest of the employee in mind.
