Lots of the fast pace learning and building that you get from a smaller company or a startup.

Cons

Fast growth comes with trade-offs that all come back, and you must fix them. It's to be expected.

Amazing Compaany

Pros

Pay and benefits are at the top of the industry. The best part though is the tech is amazing and easy to get behind.

Cons

Currently some growing pains. The company is growing so fast and some of the legacy employees still carry a lot of decision weight. Hard for new leadership to make the changes that are needed to continue growing the company.
