Remote work nothing else apart from that

Cons

NO Work life balance, less compensations, no hike and bonus, for every bonus/hike cycle company will be in loss. No Job security. No peace of mind lot of pressure from management and fake promises that will be never fulfilled.

It's all marketing...

Pros

It's a fun place to work though, the work is easy and environment is friendly. You won't get too tired.

Cons

The company was able to position itself among "market leaders" and raise billions pretty much all thanks to marketing. The technology foundations are very weak as compared to competition (even small players). It is not a place for ambitious people. The technical staff is lousy, and management is weak. Many great people leave quickly after they realise what this place is during probation.
