Company is still growing very fast. Scale is growing daily. Lots of interesting technological challenges with engineering growth. With all that - employees are being listened to, and there is a genuine investment in the employees and personal growth

Cons

The pace is still strong. Such a big company growing 130% YoY is hard. We ran very very fast throughout the years amd still lots of things are not structured and have clear paradigms. Resourcefulness is still a critical trait for every engineer. This is not suitable for anyone

Awesome people, and HR makes great effort to cater to every workers needs. they have built a great and friendly environment in a beautiful office space which makes work extra fun.

Honestly cant really think of any. Tough company to get into, everyone knows their stuff
